MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – ROBOTICS & AUTOMATED PACKAGING

A growing manufacturing operation is investing heavily in new technology, with two new production lines already installed and a third line being added soon. This is an opportunity to join the team as these systems come online and play a key role in keeping the operation running at peak performance.

This facility specializes in slicing and packaging cheese products—not manufacturing cheese. With approximately 50 employees, you’ll be part of a close-knit operation where your technical expertise will be highly visible and your impact will be immediate.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH

• Advanced robotic systems supporting automated production
• New cheese slicing and packaging lines
• Packaging machinery and automated equipment
• Conveyors and production-line systems
• Mechanical and electrical components
• Troubleshooting and repairing robotics and automated equipment
• Supporting equipment reliability, quality, and production efficiency
• Maintaining approximately three primary production machines/lines
• Helping ensure new production lines are fully operational as they come online

No robot programming is required. The focus is on troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining robotic and automated equipment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• Hands-on robotics experience is required
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment and automated systems
• Mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
• Experience with conveyors, packaging equipment, or production lines
• Technical classes, certifications, or an Associate degree in Automated Factory Systems, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field is a strong plus
• Food manufacturing experience is not required
• Candidates with manufacturing maintenance and robotics experience from other industries are encouraged to apply
• HVAC-only experience does not meet the requirements unless combined with relevant production equipment maintenance experience

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
