Pro Resources Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians for our esteemed client, a leading foundry located in Rochester, Indiana. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery during 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Shift and Compensation
- 2nd and 3rd Shift
- Compensation is from 58,240 USD to 68,640 USD per year
Job Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Background Profile
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting, preferably in a foundry environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and PLCs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as required.
