Maintenance Technician

Position Preventative Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Sunday through Thursday 1100 PM to 700 AM

Job Purpose

This role ensures the safe efficient operation of production machinery through consistent adherence to safety quality and productivity standards while actively maintaining and improving preventative maintenance programs. Additionally the role involves guiding Level I Maintenance Technicians supporting production processes and keeping detailed maintenance records to contribute to overall plant performance.

Responsible for maintaining troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing of production floor machinery and equipment throughout the plant

Sustain and improve our preventative maintenance programs and maintenance techniques on all machinery and equipment

Assist in directing activities and provide technical direction to Level I Maintenance Technicians in repairing testing and troubleshooting equipment

Production support with changeover product set-up and start-up

Responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance tasks using company preferred systems

Interact with production supervision and staff to ensure the timely flow of required information

Documentation of equipment maintenance performed

Housekeeping and organization of the work area 5s as needed
