Job Details

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our presses, automation, and plant equipment running safely and efficiently on first shift. You will be part of a skilled team supporting a high-volume stamping operation where uptime matters.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain stamping presses, coil handling equipment, and related production machinery
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Support press, transfer, and automation equipment to keep production on schedule
Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical and hydraulic diagrams
Work with production, toolroom, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
Keep accurate maintenance records and keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications

Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a stamping or heavy manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Experience with PLCs and controls is a plus
Experience with press maintenance is a plus
Able to work first shift and lift required weights
Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance
