Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Install, maintain, and adjust production machinery and facility systems.
- Complete equipment repairs, changeovers, and operational testing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform basic building maintenance as needed.
- Maintain maintenance records and support a safe work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around production equipment.
