Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property maintenance department supporting the overall upkeep and enhancement of the community. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

Location: Roseville, MN

Pay Range: $24-$25/hour

Shift Time: 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform plumbing tasks including repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, and diagnosing water leaks.
• Perform carpentry tasks
• Conduct electrical work such as replacing light fixtures and outlets, and understanding circuit breakers.
• Maintain the curb appeal of the community through groundskeeping, including lawn care and landscaping.
• Complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies, and participate in ongoing training.

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping and property maintenance.
• 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and use technology in a basic capacity.
• A valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle on property.
