Maintenance Technician

Legacy is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 366-unit market-rate property in Saginaw, MI. In this role, you will help keep the property and units in excellent condition by maintaining grounds, including trash removal and snow clearing (both mechanical and manual), performing unit turnovers with repairs, plumbing, and painting, and completing residential work orders accurately and promptly. This position requires flexibility to work different shifts, including on-call, emergencies, weekends, holidays, and extended hours outdoors in various weather conditions. Success in this role depends on teamwork and the ability to collaborate with staff across different departments to ensure smooth property operations.
