Position: Maintenance Technician
Duration: 06 months
Location: Saint Cloud, MN, 56303
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Work Type: On-site
Shift: 3rd shift - Sun to Thurs, 11 pm to 7 am
Job description:
Primary function will be:
- Perform direct maintenance and repair of all building equipment as preventive and corrective maintenance(troubleshooting) i.e. RTU, Fans.
- Utilize the Megamation system to track the PM schedule on time and Work orders
- Follow up on his KPIs in charge
- Follow up on the records of the Water and Energy Consumption for the campus
- Support the Production Needs in regards to facilities
- Receive contractors and follow up for control
Specific Skills:
- Needed: Mechanical and control systems
Minimum Requirements:
Education/Experience
- High School education or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year previous related experience and/or training with proven ability to work in manufacturing equipment required.
- Knowledge in the use of tools for equipment preferred. i.e. Test equipment/measuring tools (thermometer, wrenches, hammer)
- Mechanical knowledge and Electronic Knowledge helpful.
