• 1+ years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance
• 
  
• EPA License preferred
• 
  
• CPO Certification preferred

• Experience with:

6. Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

8. Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)

10. Water heaters (gas & electric)

12. Drywall repair and painting

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• 
  
• Complete work orders efficiently and according to priority
• 
  
• Turn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready)
• 
  
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• 
  
• Maintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenance
• 
  
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
• 
  
• Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members
• 
  
• Paint and stain interiors and exteriors as needed
• 
  

Compensation & Benefits

• 
  
• Pay: $21.00–28.00/hr. (DOE, position, and location)
• 
  
• Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses
• 
  
• On-call bonus structure — Up to $1,300
•
