    Maintenance Technician – Ford/Lincoln Dealership

    We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our growing Ford/Lincoln Service Team! This role focuses on performing routine maintenance and inspections that keep our customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently.     What You’ll Do:

    • Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services

    • Inspect belts, filters, hoses, and gauges for wear or damage

    • Test and verify that systems and components are functioning properly

    • Identify potential issues before breakdowns occur

    • Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently

    • Maintain accurate records of all services performed

    • Drive vehicles as needed for testing purposes

    • Deliver top-quality service while maintaining Ford brand standards

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a service department (minimum 1 year preferred)

    • Ford or ASE certifications (preferred, not required)

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to learn new technology and follow repair procedures

    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

    • High school diploma or GED (required); technical degree preferred

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

    • Basic computer skills and comfort using diagnostic tools

    • Positive, customer-focused attitude
