Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests and inquiries.
• Assist in residential wall repair and painting projects as needed to enhance property aesthetics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
• Promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and residents.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in apartment maintenance.
• Experience in drywall and plaster repair.
• Customer service skills to address tenants professionally.
• Teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
