Keep Chuck-A-Rama Running
Behind every Chuck-A-Rama restaurant is a lot of equipment, systems, and moving parts and our Maintenance Technician helps keep them all working. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll support our restaurants by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment problems, completing repairs, and taking care of general building maintenance. You'll travel between Chuck-A-Rama locations, working directly with restaurant managers to identify issues and find practical solutions that keep our teams serving guests with minimal disruption.
This is a hands-on, independent role that's a great fit for someone who enjoys fixing things, solving problems, and having something different to work on every day.
What You'll Do

- Completing general building repairs and maintenance
- Responding to maintenance requests from restaurant managers
- Diagnosing problems and determining the best approach for repair
- Completing assigned maintenance projects and restaurant improvements
- Helping coordinate outside vendors or specialized repairs when needed
- Keeping tools, equipment, parts, and supplies organized and ready for use
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and completed repairs
- Communicating repair status and recommendations with restaurant and company leadership
- Prioritizing maintenance needs across multiple restaurant locations
- Following company safety procedures and completing work safely and efficiently
- Helping ensure our restaurants and equipment remain safe, reliable, and ready to serve our guests

- Has flexibility to respond to operational needs outside of their normal schedule when necessary
- Restaurant equipment or commercial facilities maintenance experience is a plus, but we're most interested in someone with strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a can-do approach to solving problems.
