    Maintenance Technician

    Location: Salt Lake City, UT
    Type: Full-Time

    Position Summary

    Seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role supports safe, efficient operations through preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and continuous production support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment overhauls.
    • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and welding-related issues.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and technical manuals.
    • Conduct equipment inspections and maintain production tooling and parts inventory.
    • Complete maintenance records and utilize computer systems for reporting and documentation.
    • Train and support operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
    • Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and SOP requirements.
    • Support production operations, including shift handoffs and overtime/on-call coverage when required.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
    • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
    • Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics
    • Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
    • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
    • Forklift, crane, and hoist certification preferred
