Immediately hiring Maintenance Technicians for a large manufacturing plant on the southside of San Antonio.
Pay is up to $30/hr. based on experience
Shifts: 6:15 AM – 6:30 PM & 6:15 PM – 6:30 AM
Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, relays, conveyors, and pumps.
- Troubleshoot CNC, automated production, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
- Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing production machinery and systems.
- Locate and identify faults and/or hazards, repair as required.
- Wire, build, and modify electrical control panels according to schematics and engineering drawings.
- Inspect, test, and replace transformers, breakers, fuses, and wiring harnesses.
- Run hydraulic hoses, repair leaks as necessary and run electrical conduit throughout production floor.
- Testing systems using multimeters, meggers, oscilloscopes, and other electrical diagnostic tools.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. More experienced technicians are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures.
