We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery and equipment in a dynamic manufacturing setting. What You'll Do:Perform and document preventative maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, compressors, laser cutters, and more Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Read and interpret technical documentation including schematics, service manuals, and blueprints Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in line with OSHA and company standards Create and manage work orders, purchase parts, and track inventory as needed Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete tasks and projects Communicate with equipment manufacturers and vendors for technical support or parts ordering Safely work with a variety of hazards including high voltage (up to 480V), hot surfaces, sharp tools, and pressurized systems
What You Bring to the Table:Required Experience & Skills: 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of electric, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Hands-on experience with solenoids, breakers, drives, contactors, and motors (single-phase, multiphase, servo) Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong use of hand and power tools Ability to interpret technical documents and follow detailed work instructions Basic math skills and experience using calipers, rulers, tape measures, and scales Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Able to manage small projects including sourcing materials and coordinating timelines
Preferred Experience: 8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Welding and fabrication skills Experience with PLCs and automation systems Familiarity with manual lathe and mill operation Strong understanding of electrical codes and industry best practices Advanced computer and technical documentation skills
