The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community while providing exceptional customer service to residents and team members.

  • Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance issues
  • Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep
  • Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects and preventative maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning community
  • Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests
  • Properly use and maintain personal tools and company equipment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and coworkers

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

  • Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry REQUIRED
  • Valid HVAC Certification or HVAC License REQUIRED
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, pools, and general maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Personal set of basic hand tools
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
  • Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
