Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $28.00/hour, paid weekly
Hours: Wednesday Sunday | 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role is responsible for minimizing downtime, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Job Description
Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
Repair motors, instrumentation, electrical distribution systems, and process control equipment
Complete work orders and accurately document maintenance activities
Assist with equipment changeovers and production line startups
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), OSHA, GMP, and food safety requirements
Identify replacement parts and maintain inventory levels
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Inspect, test, and validate equipment repairs
Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime
Required Skills
Experience performing industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems
Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, and production machinery
Understanding of preventive maintenance programs
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and workplace safety standards
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and work order software
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 80 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift
Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights using proper safety equipment
Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments
Frequent exposure to oils, grease, coolants, and manufacturing conditions
Ability to perform repetitive motions and work extended periods on your feet
