What You’ll Do

• No two days are the same—and that’s what makes this role rewarding
• Complete service requests with urgency and quality
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the community
• Troubleshoot and repair:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Appliances
  • Carpentry
  • HVAC Systems
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies
• Work closely with your team to solve problems and improve efficiency

Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction—you truly make the difference.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in general maintenance (multifamily preferred)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC
• Positive, team-first attitude
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills with residents and team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to live within 20 miles for on-call rotation
