We are seeking a reliable Property Management Maintenance Technician to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Complete work orders and apartment make-ready tasks
Maintain grounds, common areas, breezeways, and dumpster areas
Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry repairs
Operate maintenance equipment safely
Identify and report safety hazards and property concerns
Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications:
1+ year of property management, maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
