Position: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our client's facilities and equipment. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any potential issues
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with management and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
