Work Schedule: 7:45 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday; work is performed on-site and in person.

Job Story

As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you are the expert problem-solver who keeps our facilities, equipment, and operations running safely and efficiently. From installing, inspecting, and repairing complex mechanical systems to tackling escalated troubleshooting issues, you play a critical role in minimizing downtime and maintaining reliability. You work independently and collaboratively to complete structural and utility repairs, manage materials and inventory, maintain accurate service records, and respond to seasonal needs such as snow and ice removal. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence help create a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for everyone.

Job Summary

Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of complex equipment and systems throughout the facility.

Essential Functions

Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed.

Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal and/or external trades.

Inspects and tests equipment. Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty and/or vendor requirements.

Requisitions materials and supplies, maintains inventory

Performs troubleshooting or repairs that have been escalated or that are more complex.

Shovels and removes snow and ice from designated areas such as roofs, sidewalks and entryways as required.

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four (4) years of experience in general maintenance

Required License/Certifications/Training:

• Valid Driver''s License

Physical Requirements:

Ability to position self for inspection, construction or maintenance of equipment and/or buildings including confined, elevated and loud noise spaces.
