We believe in a "win from within" culture!Rentyl Apartments is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sentosa Beachwalk!Responsibilities:Work with Service Manager to ensure that vacant units are made ready in a timely manner. Turns should be completed within three days unless there is an unforeseen complexity to the turn.In absence of Manager, oversee turn- key work of outside contractorsShowing care and concern for our residents through timely follow ups and meticulous completion of their apartment service ticketsResolving maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairPreparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvementsPreserving the value of the building by consistently executing on preventative maintenance programsPreserving the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenanceProviding residents with outstanding customer serviceWorking weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergenciesQualifications:Experience in building maintenance or an education in the tradesBeginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairAn HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotationThe ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantlyPersonal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergenciesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalA sharp professional appearanceBasic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programsAn eye for detail and an obsession with getting things done right the first timeA service mentalityOur Benefits:Rentyl Apartmenst offers a wide range of insurance options, programs, and benefits that let you and your family be healthy and plan for the future.
