Maintenance Technician

Nesco Resource is Hiring for a Maintenance Technician:

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
• Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately
• Install, modify, and maintain production equipment as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to support facility goals

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
