We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician who can contribute to our company's growth and success. The successful candidate will be a team player, career minded and be a self-starter.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure operation of CNC equipment and all other plant equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on cnc mills, lathes, welders and other equipment.
Ability to understand and follow diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Use of equipment such as hoists, cranes, hand and power tools.
Perform calibration and leveling of cnc machinery and equipment per spec.
Strong troubleshooting abilities on various types of equipment.
Perform facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and some building and grounds.
Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
All other duties as assigned
Education:
Associates degree preferred
5 plus years of relevant experience preferred
