Maintenance Technician

• Responsibilities:

• Apply preventative maintenance on repair shop equipment

• Research and develop repair equipment and techniques.

• Maintain company policies regarding the efficient use of materials and equipment to avoid waste.

• Assist as requested in maintaining adequate equipment and supplies/materials.

• Develop, install, and review repair policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with intercompany resources to obtain training as needed.

• Order, maintain and monitor consumables and equipment used by field crews within establish budgets

• Monitor and maintain company owned vehicles.

• Acts a problem solver and trouble shooter for the departments.

• Relationships and Roles:

• Internal / External Cooperation

• Support management in the development of the skills of field supervisors and personnel so that new business activities are supported and successfully implemented

• Actions demonstrate to department desirable personal character, commitment, organizational, work habits and skills

• Able to interact and cooperate with all company employees in professional manner

• Maintain open communications with: Repair Division Manager, Director Repair Services, Estimators, field supervisors and field personnel
