Maintenance Technician - Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical (480V), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
Support PLCs, sensors, and high-speed packaging equipment including VFFS machines
Ensure compliance with safety (OSHA) and quality standards while driving continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment required)
Strong electrical skills including 480V 3-phase systems and control wiring
Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial equipment
Safety-focused mindset with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Knowledge of steam systems, boilers, and industrial refrigeration
Additional Details:
Must be flexible to work 2nd shift for half the year (2:30 PM - 11:30 PM)
Team-oriented individual with adaptability, reliability, and willingness to learn
Pay Range: $25-30/hour
