Compensation: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience), plus monthly performance bonus opportunities

What You Will Do
- Complete service requests efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service to residents
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
- Repair and maintain heating and cooling systems
- Service and maintain the community pool
- Assist with apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and property inspections
- Help maintain beautiful grounds and excellent curb appeal
- Work closely with the maintenance and office teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote a positive living experience for residents and a collaborative work environment for coworkers
- Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs
What You Will Bring
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Two or more years of maintenance experience (multifamily experience preferred but not required)
- Residence within approximately 30 minutes of the property
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, pool maintenance, and HVAC systems
- HVAC Certification or EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, carry, climb stairs, and perform maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic
