Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends | No overnight travel)

Qualifications
- 5+ years of verifiable residential repair experience
- Strong communication skills with clients and team members
- Ability to independently assess and complete work without supervision
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable using mobile apps and job management software
Experience In:
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Painting Carpentry and trim work
- Door and window repairs
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets company standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job Identify additional client needs and recommend solutions when appropriate
- Follow company procedures, checklists, and quality standards
- Complete client walkthroughs upon job completion
- Document work with before, during, and after photos
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Collect payments and maintain accurate job records
