MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

Help us keep MCS homes safe, welcoming, and well maintained.

Three 8-hour days | Potential to grow into a full-time position

MAKE AN IMPACT THROUGH HANDS-ON WORK

• Complete routine repairs, including minor plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repairs, and basic electrical work.

• Help maintain attractive, safe properties through inspections, seasonal upkeep, landscaping, and snow and ice removal.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors and keep accurate maintenance records.

• Respond to urgent needs and participate in an occasional after-hours on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Training

• • At least one year of hands-on maintenance or building repair experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, dependable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • A safety-first mindset and professional communication skills.
