Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Stacks on Main Nashville location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and system failures promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed to complete projects.
• Assist with facility upgrades and installations as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment as needed.

Work Environment

This position is based at our facility located at 535 Main Street, Nashville, TN. The role may require working in various environments including mechanical rooms, outdoor areas, and production floors. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
