Maintenance Technician - Stow

Inova Staffing is looking for an skilled Maintenance Tech for our location in Stow. 
Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general warehouse maintenance and servicing mobile and stationary equipment to support safe and efficient operations. This role helps maintain equipment reliability through preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general facility upkeep.
Shift/Pay:6:15am-3pmMonday-Friday plus OT$24/hr
Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Experience in welding and fabrication is preferred.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate with management and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to following all workplace safety policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mobile and stationary equipment, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, box trucks, wheel loaders, excavators, conveyors, balers, and shredders.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and operational issues on equipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance, including minor facility repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of warehouse operations.
