Role Description The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based at Jolly Pets’ facility in Streetsboro, OH. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support continuous, safe, and efficient operations. Day-to-day duties include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and minor electrical issues, replacing parts, and documenting maintenance activities in accordance with company standards. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime, monitor equipment performance, and recommend improvements to processes or equipment reliability. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and assisting with installation or upgrades of industrial equipment as needed.\n
