What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain facility and utility systems
• Troubleshoot equipment and respond to system alarms
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
• Support HVAC, electrical, water, vacuum, and utility systems
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards

• 4+ years of maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or electrical systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Experience with maintenance tools and computer systems
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Must be available for occasional emergency, weekend, or holiday support.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
