    Description


    HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry!


    Salary: $28-34/hr

    Shift: 7p-7a

    Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday

    Week2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday


    Location: Lee’s Summit, Missouri


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Safely operate all plant equipment, including molding, printing, and auxiliary systems.
    • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues with a methodical approach to minimize downtime.
    • Operate and maintain facility support equipment such as pumps, chillers, towers, dryers, and material handling systems.
    • Assist in training lower-level maintenance personnel as needed.
    • Follow all safety, GMP, SQF, and company protocols.
    • Support housekeeping and hygiene standards in the facility.
    • Participate in all company-sponsored training, including on-the-job training during standard daytime hours.
    • Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.


    Education Requirements:


    • Technical school, college coursework, or equivalent technical training preferred.
    • Certifications or training in thermal imaging, vibration analysis, oil analysis, or other predictive maintenance methods is a plus.


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • Proven skills in Electrical, Mechanical, Fabrication, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLCs, and Machining.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment efficiently.
    • Reliable, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexible to adapt to changing job requirements, including occasional overtime or shift adjustments.
    • Good attendance and punctuality.
