We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect units for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. Responsibilities 
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs.
  • Inspect homes for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs.
  • Perform home repairs to include sheet rocking, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical.
  • Outdoor Maintenance to include community landscaping, maintaining company structures, outdoor painting and power washing; Roofing, or under home repairs sometimes necessary.
  • Submit record of work completed, and complete maintenance repair logs for equipment as needed. 
  • Participate in weekly safety meetings and maintain a safety-first approach. 
  • Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment and a zero-turn mower.
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
  • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
  • Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
