Join our team and help power the fascinating world of dog treat production! We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Operations team on the swing shift. What You'll Do:

• Complete preventive maintenance (PMs) and work orders efficiently, documenting issues and resolutions along the way
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, limits, communication networks, control panels, and other control-related equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform precise maintenance tasks
• Keep a watchful eye on equipment performance, proactively spotting potential hazards or needed adjustments
• Perform thorough pre-operational inspections to ensure sanitation practices and SQF standards are met
• Support improvements to our production and processing systems, and assist with mechanical installations
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using your technical expertise
• Disassemble and inspect malfunctioning parts, assessing dimensional changes as part of the diagnostic process
• Calibrate machinery and control instruments to maintain optimal performance
• Handle plumbing, building maintenance, and carpentry tasks with care and precision
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment with confidence
• Occasionally apply basic welding skills (MIG/TIG/Stick) to support repairs or fabrication — welding experience is a plus, not a requirement
• Follow safety and security procedures closely, reporting any deviations and using equipment responsible

Compensation details: 28-34 Hourly Wage
