* 2–5 years of experience servicing automated packaging or industrial machinery.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with PLCs, HMIs, servos, motion controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
* Familiarity with food packaging equipment such as flow wrappers, pouching systems, sealers, conveyors, and labeling systems preferred.
* Ability to travel regionally for onsite service and support.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle field service responsibilities efficiently.
* Provide installation assistance, preventative maintenance, parts replacement, and repair services on automated candy and protein bar packaging equipment.
* Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting onsite and remotely via phone or video support.
* Service and maintain horizontal and vertical flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, pouch fillers and sealers, form fill sealers, conveyor sorters, buffering gondolas, slug loaders, printers, coders, and labelers.
* Diagnose and repair PLCs, HMIs, servos, VFDs, motion control systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, cooling systems, and electrical components.
* Maintain and repair multi-axis linear and rotary motion mechanisms, sensors, actuators, machine vision systems, laser scanners, motors, gearboxes, rollers, and bearings.
* Travel regionally to customer facilities for equipment installation, maintenance, and emergency service calls.
