We're looking for an outgoing, hard-working team player to join our maintenance crew and help keep our dealerships running on all cylinders. No experience? What We Offer

• $19-$29/hour, depending on experience
• PTO: 1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked

What You'll Do

• Support the maintenance team in the upkeep of all Titus-Will facilities
• Handle a mix of pressure washing, painting, groundskeeping, and basic plumbing, electrical, construction, and mechanical tasks
• Learn hands-on from our experienced maintenance team
• Work independently with strong attention to detail - no two days look the same
• Take on other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine eagerness to learn
• Comfortable delivering professional, best-in-class service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation - every day, on time
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Availability Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
