PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance, painting, etc.
- Maintains cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in maintenance/painting preferred
- Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to work well independently and in teams
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
