• Experience performing preventative maintenance on mechanical or parking-related equipment.
• Familiarity with gate systems, vehicle or fleet equipment, or similar infrastructure.
• Experience supporting site upkeep such as seal coating.
• Exposure to electrical panels, including EV charging stations.
Working Environment:
• Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk distances outside to perform work which requires frequent bending, stoop, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds and working outside in extreme temperatures and in a dirty environment.
• May be exposed to safety hazards and dangerous tools and equipment; safety precautions must be followed, including use of safety equipment.
