    Job Overview

    We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to help maintain a luxury apartment community. This role is ideal for someone with general maintenance and basic HVAC experience who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and helping keep a community running smoothly.

    What You'll Do

    • Complete routine maintenance work orders including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
    • Perform basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting (filter changes, thermostat checks, drain lines, etc.)
    • Assist with make-readiesincluding minor repairs, painting, and HVAC checks
    • Handle general handyman tasks such as repairing doors, replacing fixtures, and small carpentry work
    • Help maintain the grounds and common areas to keep the property looking its best
    • Work with the team to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or apartment maintenance
    • Basic HVAC knowledge required (EPA certification is a plus)
    • Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
    • Comfortable using hand and power tools
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Reliable and professional when interacting with residents and staff

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and work indoors and outdoors
