We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented maintenance professional to help support the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of our property. In this role, you will respond to maintenance requests, complete preventive upkeep, and assist in maintaining a welcoming environment for guests and team members. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality service, and can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on rooms, common areas, and building systems
  • Address basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repair needs within scope
  • Assist with troubleshooting equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used, and outstanding repairs
  • Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized, and secure work environment
  • Coordinate with other departments to help ensure a positive guest experience
  • Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and materials and report replenishment needs
  • Support special projects, room refreshes, and seasonal maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, hospitality, or a related hands-on role preferred
  • Working knowledge of general building systems and repair techniques
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing needs
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and task tracking
  • Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts as needed
