We are seeking a skilled and motivated Weekend Maintenance Technician to support both automated production equipment and general facility maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems while helping maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

  • $24.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Thursday–Sunday
  • 6:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Overtime available based on business needs

Job Duties

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated machinery and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Complete maintenance documentation using a CMMS.
  • Inspect and maintain facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, doors, and basic electrical.
  • Respond to facility maintenance requests and perform general building upkeep.
  • Assist with minor carpentry, painting, and facility improvement projects.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred.
  • 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated equipment (PLC knowledge preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Ability to read schematics and safely use hand and power tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders, and work in an industrial environment.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
