Maintenance Technician Trainee

We are looking for a maintenance technician trainee to assist and learn valuable knowledge under the direction of our skilled maintenance team. Candidates will receive focused and accelerated hands-on training, providing critical job skills  relating to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall repairs, and painting. General knowledge of maintenance techniques and excellent communication skills are required to provide exceptional customer service to community associations co-owners and board members. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to build a career that is in high demand. The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in a similar role.

Position Requires:

• Possession of valid driver's license and DOT card
• Ability to climb ladders to heights exceeding 15'
• Lift and carry up to 80 pounds with the ability to stand, walk, and bend 
• Ability to work rotating on-call schedules to respond to emergencies after hours, on weekends, and on holidays, with bonus pay
• Possess a personal set of tools
• The ability to perform and have general knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, gutter, and siding repair.
