$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform basic facility repairs and general preventive maintenance.
Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace CNC machine components as needed.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Follow documented maintenance procedures and safety requirements.
Ask questions when instructions or repair procedures are unclear.
Document instructions, completed work, and important maintenance information.
Accept coaching and apply feedback throughout the training process.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in learning maintenance work.
Minimum hands-on mechanical experience through employment, personal projects, automotive work, equipment repair, or similar hobbies.
Strong safety awareness, communication skills, and a dependable attitude.
Willingness to ask questions, take notes, and follow instructions carefully.
Ability to accept coaching and work closely with an experienced maintenance lead.
Blueprint-reading experience is helpful but not required.
Extensive professional maintenance experience is not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a manufacturing and facility maintenance environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, using hand and power tools, and lifting or moving materials and equipment as required. Appropriate personal protective equipment and safety procedures must be followed.
