Maintenance Technician

Build your maintenance skills in a hands-on role supporting both facility operations and CNC manufacturing equipment, with close training and guidance from an experienced maintenance lead.

SALARY: $24/hr.

LOCATION: Tualatin, OR

SCHEDULE:Full-time; Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:30pm

WHAT YOU’LL DO

·  Perform basic facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep.

·  Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and CNC machine troubleshooting, repair, and component replacement.

·  Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following established maintenance procedures and safety requirements.

·  Document completed work and maintenance information, ask questions when needed, and apply coaching and feedback throughout training.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

·  Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in learning maintenance work, with hands-on experience through employment, personal projects, automotive work, equipment repair, or similar activities.

·  Strong safety awareness, communication skills, dependability, and attention to detail.

·  Willingness to ask questions, take notes, follow instructions carefully, and accept coaching while working closely with an experienced maintenance lead.

·  Blueprint-reading experience is helpful but not required; extensive professional maintenance experience is not necessary.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position works in a manufacturing and facility maintenance environment. Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, using hand and power tools, and lifting or moving materials and equipment as required. Appropriate personal protective equipment and safety procedures must be followed.
