Description

Facility Maintenance Technician 
Pay: $20–$28/hour DOE (Starting)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Hours may vary)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Tulsa, OK
On-Call Requirement: Must be available when manager is out

Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Fleet) – Must-Have Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • CDL-B license is required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Clean driving record (no points or moving violations in past 3 years)
  • Basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical experience
  • General knowledge of vehicle and facility maintenance 
  • Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and repairs
  • Willingness to be on-call when needed
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor

Maintenance Technician – Position Summary

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment
  • Support daily operations by ensuring equipment and vehicles remain safe and functional
  • Respond to maintenance needs, inspections, and repair requests
  • Step into on-call responsibilities when manager is unavailable
  • Maintain accurate records and help prevent downtime across operations

Maintenance Technician – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Facilities Maintenance

  • Manage and update maintenance work order system
  • Inspect buildings, grounds, and parking areas for issues or safety concerns
  • Repair or replace light fixtures and ceiling tiles
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs (sinks, toilets, drains)
  • Conduct basic roof inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks with departments
  • Assist with general facility upkeep and repairs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
