Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial environment.
2-year technical degree plus 2 years of related experience
Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting guides to diagnose system issues accurately.
Minimum of 5 years (4,000 hours) of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical experience
Demonstrated ability to lead or work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining safety standards.
Perform all repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical parts of Plastic Injection Molding machinery.
Repair of all supported equipment including Robotics
Troubleshoot issues in work cells that may contain as many as 5 integrated machines
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in compliance with operational standards.
Utilize PLC's and PLC program to troubleshoot
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
Lead or collaborate with team members on complex equipment repairs or system upgrades to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Set up and install new equipment including integration with existing equipment
