We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Candidates must be dependable, able to work independently, and committed to providing quality service.
Responsibilities:
Complete general maintenance and repair tasks.
Perform work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general repairs is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
