Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianShift:2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for a contract-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting equipment reliability, building maintenance, and production uptime across stamping presses, automation systems, and related plant equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform repair and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, presses, automation systems, and facility infrastructureTroubleshoot and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systemsOperate forklifts and man lifts as neededSupport press setup activities and contribute to reducing setup time through teamwork and continuous improvementFollow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and electrical safe work practicesComplete preventive maintenance tasks, corrective repairs, and equipment improvements per maintenance schedulesAccurately document downtime, work orders, and maintenance activities following established proceduresSupport wastewater handling duties after required trainingParticipate in lean manufacturing initiatives and waste reduction effortsCollaborate with production and maintenance leadership to support operational goalsPerform additional duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of stamping presses, conveyors, CNC machines, washers, and automated equipmentExperience with hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, and mechanical troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication schematicsBasic understanding of electrical circuits and diagramsWelding experience (MIG and/or ARC) and torch cutting experienceAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFamiliarity with quality and compliance systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or similar preferred)Physical & Work Environment RequirementsAbility to lift up to 80 lbs frequentlyExtended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motionOccasional ladder use for facility maintenanceManufacturing environment with continuous noise exposureMust be willing to work overtime as requiredCompensation & Benefits (Upon Conversion/Eligibility)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Incentive bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision coveragePrescription drug coverage401(k) retirement planPaid vacation and holidaysShort-term disability coverageTuition reimbursementHealth and wellness reimbursement programsEmployee recognition programsDiscount programsLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
